Spring Branch Oaks is an established neighborhood located within the Spring Branch area of Houston, TX. Situated north of Longpoint, southwest of Campbell Road and east of Blalock, our tree-lined streets welcome residents home after only a short drive from town.

Our Area
The overall Spring Branch area is undergoing a broad revitalization as families move to the area and renovate older homes or tear down older homes and build to take advantage of all the area has to offer. The Spring Branch Management District is making great strides to beautify the area, strengthen business relations, improve transportation, and enhance security in the area for families.
